How to read your result
You sent on the network the operator credits and didn't miss a memo. Wait for confirmations; if it's still missing, the copy-paste message chases it up.
Either a missing memo/tag, or a wrong-but-related (EVM) network. Often recoverable through official support — but never guaranteed, and never via a paid service.
You crossed incompatible networks (for example an EVM chain to Tron). Technical recovery generally isn't possible. Be very wary of anyone promising otherwise.
Why we don't show a guaranteed answer
Recoverability depends on the operator's internal tooling and goodwill, which we can't promise on their behalf. Checker FAQ
Does the checker tell me my exact transaction's status?
No. It works from how the coin and network behave, not from your live transaction — nothing you type is sent anywhere. For the live status of one transaction, paste its hash into the block explorer for that chain — Etherscan (Ethereum), Tronscan (Tron), Blockchair (Bitcoin) — and read the confirmation count there.
Is anything I enter sent to ChainDeposit or the operator?
No. The checker runs entirely in your browser. We don't receive, store or transmit the operator, coin or network you select, and there is no account or sign-in. It's a lookup tool, not a form that submits anywhere.
The checker says my case is "likely not recoverable" — is that final?
It's a likelihood based on how the chains work, not a verdict on your specific transaction. Crossing incompatible network families (an EVM chain to Tron, for example) is generally unrecoverable, but the receiving operator's official support is always the authority. What is certain: no paid "recovery service" can retrieve it.
What do I do after I get a result?
