Find your crypto deposit TXID before contacting support

Prepared 24 October 2026. Documentary research; no account, deposit or withdrawal test.

Open the sending wallet or exchange withdrawal history and look for the transaction hash, TXID or a link to a block explorer. A casino order number and an exchange's internal withdrawal reference are not automatically blockchain transaction IDs. Before asking the receiver to trace a missing deposit, establish whether the sender has actually broadcast a transfer.

Start with the sender's record

Use the app or website from which you sent the money. Find the specific withdrawal by asset, time, amount and destination. A balance reduction only shows that the sending service has recorded an outgoing operation. The service may still be reviewing, processing or preparing it.

Keep the complete status text. “Processing” in an exchange and “pending” on a block explorer describe different systems. If there is an explorer button, open it from the transaction record rather than following a link supplied by an unsolicited helper.

Which identifier are you looking at?

RecordWho creates it?What it helps investigate
Casino deposit orderThe casino or its payment processorYour cashier request and account allocation
Exchange withdrawal IDThe sending exchangeThe sender's internal processing
Transaction hash / TXIDThe blockchain transactionThe on-chain transfer and its status
Recipient address and networkYour deposit instructionsWhether the transfer used the expected destination and chain

Do not identify a record purely by its length or appearance. Services use different formats, and a plausible-looking string can be an internal reference. The strongest practical check is whether the sender identifies it as the transaction hash and links it to the relevant network's explorer.

Check the right network, then the right payment

Coinbase's transaction-hash documentation explains that the explorer must match the network. A token ticker alone is insufficient: the same asset name may be available on several chains. Read the network in the withdrawal record and compare it with the casino instructions saved when you initiated the deposit. For that operator's receiver-side rules, use the BC.Game deposit guide; finding a hash alone does not establish that the transfer meets those rules.

  1. Copy the hash from the sending record.
  2. Open the correct network's explorer using the sending service's link or a known official reference.
  3. Compare the destination, asset and amount where those details are public.
  4. Record the transaction status and confirmation information.
  5. Keep the explorer URL together with the internal withdrawal ID; they answer different support questions.

A batched exchange withdrawal can contain more than one recipient. For token transfers, the relevant payment may appear in token-transfer details rather than as the transaction's native-coin value. An unexplained zero native-coin value does not by itself establish that the token transfer failed.

What if no hash is available?

Ask the sending service whether the withdrawal has been broadcast and request the network and on-chain transaction ID. Give it the internal withdrawal reference. If the sender says the transfer was internal to its platform, ask how the recipient can identify that transfer: an internal balance movement may not have a public blockchain hash.

If the hash produces no result, first verify the network and the copied value. Then ask the sender to investigate. Do not immediately label the casino responsible for a transfer you cannot yet locate. Conversely, a visible confirmed transfer to the expected address is useful evidence for the receiver to investigate its crediting process.

Send a short, useful support request

Prepare the asset, network, time with time zone, amount, recipient address, transaction hash, explorer link and casino deposit reference. State the unresolved question: no broadcast evidence, confirmations below the receiver's requirement, or confirmed payment without cashier credit. If the saved deposit screen required a tag, include the expected value and what was sent; the missing memo or destination-tag guide addresses that attribution problem. This gives each service a concrete issue to answer.

Do not include a seed phrase, private key, password or login code. A support team investigating a payment does not need control of your wallet. Avoid posting the full packet publicly: blockchain addresses and transaction records can expose financial activity.

Questions before you escalate

Does “completed” at the sender prove casino credit?

No. It describes the sender's operation. The receiver still has to recognize and allocate the payment. Use the chain record and cashier status together.

Should I send a second deposit to make the first appear?

No. A new transfer does not identify or repair the earlier one. Resolve the existing record first.
