Depositing crypto to Rollbit: networks, memo & recovery
Rollbit's token crowd moves between chains constantly, so the network you're "in" mentally isn't always the one the deposit screen credits. The good news: Rollbit gives every player a dedicated address per coin, charges no operator deposit fee, and has published historical guidance for missing same-chain deposits; the current recovery procedure was not verified. Here's how to send safely the first time.

Coins and networks Rollbit accepts
Rollbit takes the major coins direct on their own chains: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), the stablecoins USDT and USDC, plus Rollbit's native token RLB. The Cashier also accepts other ERC-20 tokens on Ethereum and SPL tokens on Solana.
The detail that trips people up is the network behind each coin. Rollbit names the native chains it settles on: Bitcoin for BTC, Ethereum (ERC-20) for ETH, USDT, USDC and other ERC-20 tokens, Litecoin for LTC, and Solana (SPL) for SOL and SPL tokens. Each network gets its own deposit address. Whether USDT is also supported on TRC-20 or BEP-20 is something we're still verifying — the help centre only names the ERC-20 and SPL routes, so treat USDT as an Ethereum or Solana send and confirm the exact chain on the deposit screen first. If your wallet only offers TRC-20 USDT, don't guess; check before sending.
No memo, no tag — just an address
Some venues route every player's deposits through one shared wallet and use a memo or destination tag to tell who's who. Forget the memo there and your money lands in the right wallet but against nobody's account. Rollbit avoids that trap: each player gets a dedicated address per coin and network, so there's nothing extra to paste. No memo, no tag, no destination field. You copy the address (ideally scan the QR) and send. For anyone who's lost a Cosmos or XRP deposit to a missing tag elsewhere, that alone makes Rollbit a calmer experience.

Fees, minimums and timing
Rollbit charges no operator fee to deposit or withdraw — you pay only the underlying network fee, which goes to miners or validators, not to Rollbit. On Bitcoin or Ethereum that can be a few dollars at busy times; on Solana or Litecoin it's pennies. Pick a sensible fee tier so the transaction confirms without overpaying.
Documentation update, 30 October 2026: Rollbit’s Help Center article dated 15 August 2026 states a $5 minimum for stablecoin deposits. The earlier note on this page listed 0.002 SOL; that coin-specific figure was not rechecked in this screenshot review. Check the exact asset and network minimum in the cashier before sending; no account or deposit was tested.
Rollbit credits a deposit once the required network confirmations are reached, usually a few minutes, with Bitcoin and Ethereum generally slower than Solana. The exact confirmation counts per coin are still being verified. The help centre gives a clear rule of thumb: if a deposit hasn't credited 15 minutes after the confirmations are met, open a support ticket with your transaction hash. Before that window, it's almost always just the chain doing its work.
Historical guidance: self-service deposit recovery
Rollbit’s deposit-crediting article dated 5 September 2022 described a deposit-address sweep for a supported-network deposit that did not credit. On 30 October 2026, its linked ETH sweep article (6531753) displayed “page doesn’t exist”. We did not access the cashier or verify that the self-service feature still works. Treat the earlier instruction as historical guidance and ask official support about the current procedure.
A supported-network recovery instruction does not establish that a wrong-network transfer can be recovered. Confirm the exact token and network before sending.
An illustrative example, not a completed test
Illustrative example: before sending 50 USDC, match the token and network shown in the cashier with the sending wallet. If the deposit does not credit, record the transaction hash and contact official support. The historical sweep instruction is not proof of a currently available recovery tool or a successful transfer. Always read the network field before you confirm.
If it still doesn't credit
Work through it in order. First, confirm the chain: open your network details and check the deposit went out on a chain Rollbit supports. Second, give it the full confirmation window, since many "missing" deposits are simply pending. Third, contact Rollbit support through the official help centre with your transaction hash once the required confirmations have passed. The historical sweep link was unavailable when checked on 30 October 2026; no recovery function was tested. Ignore anyone in chat or DMs offering "paid recovery" — that's a scam in every case, and Rollbit will never ask for it.
