Depositing crypto to Gamdom: networks, memo & recovery

Gamdom is one of the few crypto casinos that publishes its per-coin minimums and a supported-chains list, so you can get a deposit right before you send it rather than after. The catch is the same one that trips people everywhere: pick a chain Gamdom doesn't credit, and a cheap transfer becomes a wrong-network loss.

Which coins and chains Gamdom credits

Gamdom takes eleven coins: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, USD1, BNB, LTC, TRX, XRP, DOGE and SOL. What matters more than the coin is the chain you send it on, and the supported-chains page is specific. ETH is ERC-20 only. USDT runs on ERC-20, TRC-20 or BEP-20. USDC runs on ERC-20, Solana or BEP-20. USD1 is ERC-20 or Solana. BNB is BEP-20, TRX is TRC-20, XRP is the Ripple network, DOGE is Dogechain, and SOL is Solana. BTC is mainnet.

The gap in that list is what catches people. There is no Polygon, no Arbitrum and no Lightning support. If your wallet or exchange defaults a USDT or USDC withdrawal to Polygon — a common cheap default — Gamdom has no address to receive it, and per its own help centre those funds are generally gone. Choosing a low-fee chain is the right instinct; choosing one Gamdom lists for that coin is what makes it safe. For USDT the cheap supported option is Tron (TRC-20); for USDC it's Solana. Minimum deposits, published per coin

Most casinos bury the minimum or quote a single dollar figure. Gamdom prints a number for every coin. At the time of writing these were: BTC 0.000001, ETH 0.003, USDT 5, USDC 5, USD1 50, LTC 0.015, TRX 6.12, XRP 2.02, DOGE 6.96, SOL 0.0063 and BNB 0.059. All are marked subject to change, so treat them as a guide and confirm on the live deposit screen.

Worked example: you want to test Gamdom with three dollars of USDT. The published USDT minimum is 5, so a $3 transfer sits below the floor. It won't credit automatically. That doesn't always mean the money is lost — see recovery below — but it does mean a wasted network fee and a support ticket you could have skipped by sending the minimum first time. Round up to clear the floor and you avoid the whole detour.

XRP needs a destination tag

XRP is the one memo coin Gamdom supports, and it behaves like memo coins everywhere: the address alone isn't enough. Gamdom's help centre is blunt about it — the destination tag is required, and "if it's missing, the funds won't appear." Copy the tag into the tag field, not into the address, and send the address and tag together. None of the other ten coins use a memo, so for those you only need the address.

Addresses rotate — copy fresh every time

Gamdom uses a shared, rotating-wallet model and tells you plainly not to save your deposit address. The address you used last week may now belong to another user's session, so a "convenient" saved address can send your next deposit somewhere you can't recover it from. Open the deposit screen, copy the address (and tag, for XRP) shown right then, and use it once. Confirmations are described as "usually instant" with no fixed per-network count, so you generally won't be waiting long to see the balance land.

If a deposit doesn't credit

Start by checking the two things that cause most failures: did you send on a chain Gamdom actually lists for that coin, and for XRP did you include the destination tag. Recovery depends on which mistake it was. Funds sent on an unsupported network — Polygon, Arbitrum, Lightning — are generally lost, and a deposit to a wrong address can't be recovered at all.

There is one helpful exception. A deposit that landed correctly but came in below the published minimum can be credited once as a courtesy, minus a small recovery fee Gamdom doesn't specify upfront. To request it, open live chat with your transaction ID (TXID) and a screenshot of the deposit confirmation. That's the same evidence worth having ready for any stuck deposit.
